Emily Noonan

Emily Noonan, PT, DPT, CFMT (she/her/hers), is a 2011 graduate of the UCSF/SFSU Graduate Program in Physical Therapy. A significant part of her practice is on the education and treatment of pelvic floor health issues for all ages and sexes. She is particularly passionate about the prenatal and postpartum journey and has experience treating common, but not normal, conditions such as diastasis recti, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. She truly enjoys helping people take back their bodies and return to the activities they love.

 

Emily has worked in the Bay Area in a myriad of settings over the past nine years, gaining experience treating orthopedic and neurologic populations of all ages. She completed a 3-month residency in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation at Kaiser Vallejo and an over one year long residency through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) in Functional Manual Therapy. In 2014 she became a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the IPA. In 2015, she became the proud mother of boy/girl twins.
