Initial Evaluation - Clinic

  • $245

  • Alameda Clinic (Mon - Thurs)

Evaluations are conducted in a private clinic treatment room. All evaluations are scheduled for 1.5 hours to allow ample time for you to share your story, to conduct the physical evaluation, develop a plan of care with your needs and goals in mind, and begin the treatment and education process.

Follow Up - Clinic

  • $170

  • Alameda Clinic (Mon - Thurs)

Follow ups consist of one-hour treatment sessions over a number of weeks (taking into consideration your presentation and goals) and may be scheduled weekly, semimonthly, monthly, or at longer intervals as needed. Treatment sessions focus on manual (hands on) therapy to allow for optimal functioning of the musculoskeletal, nervous, and visceral systems, along with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) to allow your body to integrate the changes, and specific exercise to allow you to continue to make improvements at home. There are some situations where a shorter 45 minute follow up may be recommended ($130). The ultimate goal for most clients is to transition to a home program or an exercise class with only the need for periodic "tune-ups."
